I just recommended Tribes of Heaven by Ann S. Koi to someone yesterday. And I would do so any other day. It’s fantastic & dark & like … a space/Sci-Fi sort of Song of Ice & Fire (George RR Martin’s series the Game of Thones show is from). It’s grim and so very human (though doesn’t actually include too many humans.) It’s friggin brilliant.
The Game of Thrones series. Loads of fun to be had teasing people who are only watching the televised series and have no idea what’s about to hit them… 😀
