As a long-term stationery lover, I adore working for The Pen Company. My childhood saw me carrying around a little red briefcase covered in stickers and full of pens, paper and other such goodies; my adulthood sees me doing pretty much exactly the same!

I love National Stationery Week because it’s a great excuse (as if one is ever needed 😉 ) to buy more pens and paper and notebooks and… Also fun to see who apparently enjoys being still (stationary 😉 )

I love it because it reminds us to write letters, cards & our diary etc rather than just texting & using our mobiles

The only good thing about going back to school after summer, apart from seeing friends, was getting to linger around the stationery section picking new items. I love it but I don’t know why.

I love it because it brings back the fun of writing and all things stationery. We are in danger of losing the gift of handwriting because everything has changed. We will no longer be able to look back on beautiful letters and old postcards that evoke a bygone age.

Loving national stationery week. It highlights so many brands and designs that may go unseen. It’s great for finding that something special.

I’m always on the look out for new journals, pens and other items of stationery. National Stationery Week is a great way to find new or improved stationery products and introduces me to brands I might otherwise not have known about.

Oh, that’s a nice pen. And seeing lots of nice pens (and stuff) is why I like NSW.
See some of you at the London Stationery Show tomorrow?

It justifies my addiction to all things I need obviously! I sort my handbag out and 7 types of writing implementservices fall out!

I love this National Stationery Week because it is a great time to marvel at my collection and celebrate the joy of writing! In the digital age, it easy to dismiss the art of putting pen to paper, but nothing digital can give me that same satisfaction!

I dig #NatStatWeek because it’s the one week out of the year when my feed is flooded with brand new products I might not have seen on the high street.

I love stationary because I love finding the perfect page to write a personal note on that suits my personality, as well as finding the perfect page to write a note on that suits my recipients personality. Basically, stationary is the perfect personal touch.

I get to see all the lovely new colours available since I was last shopping for stationery. And of course, the competitions/giveaways are fab too.

I love National Stationery Week because I love stationery (it makes a great present) and during the Week I often come across new items which would be great for family later in the year.

I love National Stationery Week because it highlights the art of handwriting, spelling & punctuation, which are very important otherwise the written word will become a lost art. A handwritten letter shows you have taken the time to care, and older people appreciate receiving a personal handwritten card or letter. Emails, tweets & facebook messages have their place, but must never be allowed to ‘replace’ stationery. I adore lovely notepaper, notebooks, pens & pencils.

i love #nationalstationeryweek because it encourages people to read, write and draw! as well as try some crafts. It also lets me indulge in my stationery obsession!

I think National stationery week is so important as it reminds us to put pen to paper. Using computers all the time and sending emails means we forget about the art of penmanship. To write a letter or keep a handwritten journal is a beautiful skill that should never be lost..it makes me think of the first day at school when we got our new exercise books, with that unique smell, and made the effort to write as neatly as we could. This is a stunning pen that I would absolutely cherish. Thanks xx

I like National Stationery Week because there is nothing better than composing a letter by hand, writing
in your own personal diary, jotting down shopping lists in your notebook.

i love #nationalstationeryweek because i love seeing all the FAB products and learning about new brands i’ve not come across before

I love National Stationery week because I’ve had the chance to feed my addiction for stationery and pens in particular for free. I was given a Parker pen for getting to Grammar age 11 and it served me well throughout school, college and most of my teaching career until the nib broke. My lovely hubby spent his Xmas bonus for 4 years on replacing it with not only a beautiful fountain pen but also matching ballpoint, pencil and rollerball. I’m a tech loving OAP but nothing beats writing with a quality pen 🙂
