While it took awhile to come from overseas (Britain to a US address), the package was mailed quickly and was easy to track. Once the nib arrived, I found it minimally, but Safely packaged. Nib replacement was perfect to save an off used and cherished pen. Thank you for the service!!

Having broken my pen I emailed the organisation and they were able to recommend the appropriate replacement part. I ordered it and receive the replacement the very next day. The contact with the company was friendly and professional. What more can you ask for?
